His studies at ITESM campus in Guadalajara, forged him into an entrepreneur and taught him discipline and competitiveness, so important in today’s real estate industry. Additional studies in real estate gave him an even broader view of the business. Manuel, a young man, is a successful Broker/Owner with two real estate offices in the popular Lake Chapala, Mexico area, known for its fabulous climate.

Lupita Garcia (Sales Secretary)
Lupita is a native of the Lake Chapala Area in El Chante, a small town near Jocotepec, Jalisco. She lived in California when she was a teenager and studied English in high school. Three years later she returned to México, married and started to work. She has worked for this company since its inception. Lupita is easy going and enjoys her job. She is always happy and waiting to give you a big smile of welcome and assist you with your questions and a joy to work with. She is the Mother of 5 children She enjoys her family and keeps her children busy doing things that she plans for them. Lupita is pretty inside and outside.
